The Democrat makes an oblique reference to the Monica Lewinsky scandal as he tries to dismiss a new ad by Meg Whitman showing candidate Clinton accusing Brown of raising taxes while governor.Jerry Brown has spent much of his race for governor assaulting the character of his Republican rival, Meg Whitman.
