A 40-year-old Jefferson County paramedic has been charged with unlawful sexual contact, according to a Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office arrest affidavit. Dorsey Guffey was arrested on suspicion of one count of sexual contact – no consent on July 2, according to court records. Guffey was put on administrative leave from his job because of the allegations, but the agency where he works is redacted from the affidavit. Guffey is listed as a firefighter on the Pleasant View Metropolitan District Fire Department’s website.
