Hollywood icon Jamie Lee Curtis wins the Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role at the 29th Screen Actors Guild Awards for her performance as the dreaded IRS inspector Deirdre Beaubeirdre in the absurdist action-comedy-drama, Everything Everywhere All at Once. During her emotional speech (via THR), Curtis paid tribute to the art of acting, and praised her parents Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh who “came from nothing and they became these monstrous stars in this industry that they loved so much.”
