STAMFORD — A felon who was already back in jail now faces additional charges after a lengthy investigation linked him to a bizarre robbery in the Cove, police said. Bailey — who’s previously served time in jail for burglary and violating probation and has several pending criminal cases for similar charges — is now also charged with second-degree forgery, second-degree identity theft, third-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny, among other offenses. Stamford police said Bailey broke into a West Side apartment on Sept.
