Stories Related to Iowa City Man Accused Of Convenience Store, Lyft Robberies

IOWA CITY — An Iowa City man is accused of robbing a convenience store and Lyft driver within 30 minutes of each other.According to Iowa City police criminal complaints, around 5:59 a.m. March 17, 25-year-old Parker A. Hawkins entered the Kum & Go at 2303 Muscatine Ave. Once inside, Hawkins handed a staff member a note demanding money.
