Interstate Signs Urge Public To Help Colorado Police Find Deadly Hit-and-run Suspect

Multiple huge signs along Interstate 25 over the weekend urged holiday travelers to call 911 if they saw a red 2001 Chevrolet sedan with Colorado license plate BFO-065. Denver police were looking for a hit-and-run suspect who killed a pedestrian about 1 a.m. Friday, said police Sgt. John White. The pedestrian was hit at West Evans Avenue and South Bryant Street. The signs signaled a "Medina Alert," named for 21-year-old Jose Medina.
