PROVIDENCE — IGT Global Solutions Corporation, the Providence-based company that operates the equipment for U.S. lotteries, will have a new chairman effective April 8, the company's corporate parent announced Feb. 13.Bob Vincent, the executive vice president for administrative services and external affairs, in his new role as chairman, will also serve as a senior consultant to Marco Sala, the chief executive of International Game Technology, which used to be known as GTECH.
