I'm asking because my marketing firm (according to 3 online calculators anyway) is worth between 900k-1.1 million. I'm not planning on selling or getting investors, but is there some way to actually get an official evaluation? If so, what are the benefits of doing this? Can I use it as collateral or are there any other potential situations you'd use that information?
