Hunkering Down In A Truck In Haverhill

By 6 p.m. yesterday, Temple Street in Haverhill was still pitch black, save for the phantom glow of Anselmo Dominguez’s phone as he hunkered down in his 2004 Ford pickup truck outside his family’s home, trying to keep warm. The 24-year-old school bus driver spoke to the Herald’s Marie Szaniszlo about what it’s been like to be without power for the second night in a row as the temperature dipped below freezing.
