KERHONKSON - The Hudson Valley Resort and Spa will go on the market but remain open, with its 160 employees keeping their jobs - for now.Joseph Wolfer said Tuesday that resort owner Eliot Spitzer has been unable to meet the demands to keep the keys to the 550-acre resort. Wolfer is a major investor in the hotel and retired president and CEO of the resort's largest mortgage holder, Kennedy Funding Inc.
