Officials with the City of Houston Fire Marshal's office have grave concerns about the fire risks in an aging downtown courthouse now used by thousands of people a day after being pressed into service because of Hurricane Harvey.More than two dozen Houston firefighters were in the building Wednesday for special training, concerned about the lack of sprinklers and poor evacuation routes.
