Horseback Therapy Program Benefits Children At Hospital

When therapists from Spartanburg Medical Center teamed up with a therapeutic horse riding program at the S.C. School for the Deaf and the Blind, it was a natural fit, according to Sharon Caston, manager of Pediatric Rehabilitation Services for the hospital.
