A new chapter is being written for Current USA Inc., once one of Colorado Springs largest employers and whose home-grown roots date to the late 1940s. Realm Realty, a Houston-based real estate company that buys and develops retail centers, has contracted to purchase Current's 77-acre campus southeast of Interstate 25 and Woodmen Road, said Patrick Kerscher, a senior associate with the local office of CBRE, a national real estate firm that's marketing the site. Current, a subsidiary of Minnesota-based printing giant Taylor Corp.
