Mission High School teacher Victoria Rojas is one of 12 recipients of the 2016 Outstanding Teaching of the Humanities Award by Humanities Texas, which was presented Monday by state Sen. Juan “Chuy” Hinojosa and Humanities Texas board member Manuel Medrano.
