A dedication and unveiling of a historic marker will take place at 11 a.m. on Nov. 21 at Stewart Airport, on Breunig Road off Route 207 in New Windsor.The marker honors Lt. William P. Breunig - the road was named after him.  Lt. Breunig, of the 657th School Squadron, died Aug. 28, 1942, in a flight training accident.
