Hidden Camera Case Update

A man accused of planting a hidden camera in bathrooms entered a not guilty plea in Deschutes County Circuit Court Monday to 25 counts of invasion of privacy and seven counts of attempted invasion of privacy.Richard Eugene Ipsen, 60, of Tualatin, allegedly planted a camera designed to look like an AC adapter in a Starbucks bathroom in Sherwood in June.
