Amari Galan was last seen around 4 a.m. Saturday and may have left his home near the 900 block of Washington Street on foot, officials said in a missing person alert Saturday afternoon. Amari is Hispanic and described as 3 feet tall and 30 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing only a diaper.
