Yes, it is just as hot as you think it is. The heat advisory from the National Weather Service is still in effect today for Flagler County and the rest of Northeast Florida and Georgia due to unseasonably warm temperatures, From noon to 6 p.m. today, temperatures in the mid to upper '90s combined with high humidity could mean the heat index – what temperatures actually feel like – could range between 108 and 113 degrees. Such high temperatures can lead to heat-related illnesses and the Weather Service is warning residents and visitors to stay inside if possible, or out of the sun.
