MIAMI — For the Miami Heat, Monday proved to be a case of one step forward, two steps back with their injury report. The turn for the better came with forward Jimmy Butler, who was cleared to return for Monday night’s game against the Philadelphia 76ers at Kaseya Center, after missing the previous four games with a sprained right ankle. However, in issuing their injury report at midday, the Heat listed that both Jaime Jaquez Jr.
