PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — The secretary of state's office is holding a hearing on possible violations of state lobbying laws in the 38 Studios deal. The secretary of state says Corso never registered as a lobbyist in 2010 but was meeting with lawmakers and representatives of the state's economic development agency — activities that would constitute lobbying.
