The Health Care Foundation of Greater Kansas City announced its final round of 2010 grants to area nonprofit organizations. A total of 37 organizations will share in $5.2 million worth of grants designed to improve access to health care services in the area. Read the list on the foundation's Web site. Foundation president Steve Roling called 2010 "an unprecedented time" in which "millions of middle-class Americans fell into the ranks of the uninsured." read more
