A man, identified Friday as Hureleyon McLean, 71, of Lauderdale Lakes, was killed in a shooting on Thanksgiving Day at an apartment complex in Lauderdale Lakes, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office. The shooting happened about 3:30 p.m.

Trump has threatened to impose tariffs on products from Canada and Mexico if the countries don’t stop what he called the flow of drugs and migrants across southern and northern borders.

Hallandale Beach police Friday identified the husband and wife found dead in their luxury condo. About 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, police officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert of multiple gunshots in the 1800 block of South Ocean Drive, and when they arrived, they found a man and a woman with gunshot wounds. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
