At least a dozen fire engines were called to the scene of a massive fire at a mobile home on the Westside on Thursday evening, Times-union news partner First Coast News has confirmed. Jacksonville Fire Rescue firefighters and a Hazmat team were called to the scene before 8 p.m. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is also at the scene. Scanner traffic and Tweets from the Jacksonville Association of Firefighters suggest neighbors are reporting a meth lab at the home, located in the 7000 block of Camfield Street.
