Hawaii has one of the lowest uninsured rate in the United States, according a new report by personal-finance website WalletHub. The state has an average uninsured rate of 3.53 percent, good for second place in the ranking. According to the report, which was released on Thursday, Hawaii's uninsured rate dropped by 4.36 percent between 2010 and 2016.
