The crypto exchange Gemini is preparing to close customer accounts in Canada by the end of the year. The news came via an email to Canadian users which says accounts will be closed on December 31, with customers having 90 days to remove their assets from the platform. The email circulating on social media says: “Hi there.

The French company is due to appear in court on October 4. The UK Gambling Commission doesn’t often level charges against companies and this particular case is three years in the making. Since its conception in 2005, the commission has only leveled charges against one other entity, although it did launch an investigation into four politicians earlier this year. “Football-themed website Sorare.com is due to appear in court next week charged with providing unlicensed gambling facilities to consumers in Britain,” reads the short announcement from the commission, stating that it will not be commenting on the case further. Sorare denies the charges and plans to challenge them in court.

With no news from Sony itself, the status page for the network still shows issues with just about every corner of the service, and many users are waking up, flicking their PlayStations on for a quick game of EA FC25 before work or school, and being met only with frustration. Update: There is still no word from Sony about what is causing the problem, however from the initial spike that we can see oin DownDectector, it does seem as though, while issues persist, there are fewer complaints now.
