ALBANY - Habitat for Humanity believes it can help revitalize the city's West Hill neighborhood with a multi-million dollar mixed-use affordable housing development similar in concept to the Sheridan Hollow Village.Habitat for Humanity Capital District, which moved its offices into Sheridan Hollow as part of the previous project, would work with a combination of both public and private entities to finance and build new residential and commercial buildings in an area around the intersection of Henry Johnson Boulevard and First Street.
