Graham Skea, who was Orange County’s commissioner of parks and recreation for 38 years, has died.Skea celebrated his 90th birthday this past spring.Skea quit as recreation director in his hometown of East Orange, N.J., to take on the job of running what was then a fledgling Orange County park system in 1967.
