    1) We want to find a newly-graduated student for this job opening. 2)This person we want to find for the job opening is a newly-graduated student. 'vacancy' works, but it sounds a little off. 'job opening' sounds better to me. You can say 'newly-graduated' because it shows you want someone who just recently graduated.

    Actually, after thinking about it, I think it sounds more common to say it as "Rosaline graduated with a Bachelor of Economics in business administration from Open University" with no commas. If you really want to say it as you originally wrote, which is perfectly acceptable, then commas do seem appropriate here.
