By Erin Beck Governor Jim Justice says that Republican leaders' plan to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act "would cripple us beyond belief." All three members of the U.S. House of Representatives from West Virginia - Congressman David McKinley, R-W.Va., Congressman Alex Mooney, R-W.Va., and Congressman Evan Jenkins, R-W.Va. - voted for the American Health Care Act, the House plan to repeal the Affordable Care Act, in May. Senate leadership said earlier this week that no vote on a similar plan by Senate leadership, the Better Care Reconciliation Act, would take place until after the July 4 recess.
