Gov. Andrew Cuomo doubled down on his criticism of NYPD leadership Monday when asked about rumored departures of the top brass. Cuomo, during an interview on cable news channel NY1, said he “didn’t know” anything and “had no information” about the job status of Police Commissioner Dermot Shea and Chief of Department Terence Monahan.
