Google Faces Texas Ag Inquiry, Settles Privacy Suit

Google faces Texas AG inquiry, settles privacy suit

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Google Inc said on Friday it was the target of an investigation by the Texas Attorney General's office into the fairness of its search engine rankings.

Senh: This is a dumb and stupid lawsuit. A couple of small websites aren't getting much traffic from Google, so they're suing them for not ranking the content from their crappy sites higher. What a waste of time. I won't even mention their sites here so they can die peacefully.
