Gleneagle Woman Arrested After Suspected Marijuana Grow Found In Northern El Paso County

A 41-year-old woman was arrested after more than 260 marijuana plants and 80 pounds of processed marijuana were confiscated from a home in northern Colorado Springs. Deputies and Colorado Springs police were investigating illegal marijuana grows Thursday in the Allegiance Drive area in Gleneagle when they found evidence of the large marijuana grow, police reported. Authorities found more than 260 pot plants growing in the basement of 14628 Allegiance Drive, 80 pounds of processed marijuana packaged for distribution and an undisclosed amount of money.
