I have the same issues, my Iphone 11 shows 4G but there is not internet connected. This happened for more than a month. I have done/ checked steps 1-5, and even changed the new sim card, but useless. I went to China 2 weeks ago, my iphone has no connection to internet at all even i have subscribed roaming.

How can use only 4G mode in my iPhone?
Go to Settings Cellular / Mobile Cellular / Mobile Data Options, and set it to 4G. Note: The 4G option will only be there if your carrier allows the option to be changed. Otherwise, the iPhone will switch between 4G and 5G as required automatically.

Can’t switch between 4g and LTE on iPhone 11 Ever since I updated to iOS 15.6 on my iPhone 11, I have no option to switch between LTE and 4g. I’ve contacted T mobile and Apple about this and basically they are pointing fingers at each other.

iPhone XR is not connecting to 4G
Iphone 8 plus won't connect to 4g I have an ipnone 8 plus and it seems to be stuck in 3G and won't connect to 4G, i have looked in the settings and it says it is using 4G but it only shows 3G on the screen, I have tried turning mobile data off and back on, Tired taking out the sim card, and have shut down the phone as well. and nothing seems to be working, could someone tell me what I can do..
