General Dynamics Information Technology will conduct another round of job cuts at its call center in Coralville.GDIT, a division of Virginia-based defense company General Dynamics, confirmed Thursday that it will lay off employees at its call center in the 2400 block of Oakdale Boulevard. The reductions will take place later this year and are due to changes with a government contract, the company said.About 150 employees “have the potential to be impacted” by the cuts, a spokesman said in an email.“Work will continue at the Coralville location in support of our customers.
