State troopers yesterday captured a New Hampshire fugitive in Boston who had violated parole on his conviction as an accomplice in the murder of a police officer in that state, police said.Kevin Paul, 36, was wanted on firearms, armed career criminal and parole violation charges. Paul had been granted parole earlier this year in New Hampshire after serving time for his role as an accomplice in the 1997 murder of an Epsom, N.H., police officer.
