Frenchye Harper Latham (1923-2018)

Frenchye Harper Latham, a Toledo teacher, a leader in church, and a volunteer, who in the mid-1950s moved from Mississippi to Toledo with husband and family to escape racist duress, died Friday in University of Toledo Medical Center, the former Medical College of Ohio Hospital. She was 95.
