STAMFORD-The former head lifeguard of Burying Hill Beach in Westport accused of secretly photographing his female colleagues, avoided jail after pleading guilty to five counts of voyeurism at the Stamford courthouse on Friday. In August of 2915, police said two female lifeguards reported to Westport Water Front Director Kaitlin Mello that they had noticed two unusual clocks placed in seemingly random location in the lifeguard shack.
