A former U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer and Boy Scout leader who pleaded guilty to two sex charges has been sentenced to probation.Wayne County Circuit Judge Lawrence Talon sentenced David Arthur Radecki to five years probation (first year in the Wayne County Jail) on charges of accosting children for immoral purposes and criminal sexual conduct (fourth degree).
