LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Former Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca has agreed to plead guilty to charges of lying to federal investigators who were conducting a corruption and civil rights probe of the county jail system, the U.S. Attorney's Office said on Wednesday.
