BY RYAN MAYE HANDY ryanmaye.handy@gazette.com -The El Paso County District Attorney's Office said it found no wrongdoing during an investigation into former Black Forest Fire Protection District Chief Bob Harvey's use of the district's credit card.Harvey put four charges on the card, all of which the DA's office declared were legitimate, according to a letter sent to the district's board, obtained by The Gazette. The charges on the card included $450 for a psychiatric visit, $226 to replace lost sunglasses, $100 to replace lost firefighting manuals and $26 to purchase postage for thank-you notes sent to people who donated to the fire station. The DA's office found that the first three charges were within the scope of the typical expenses covered by the district.
