Meanwhile, Hernandez faces a separate lawsuit in South Florida federal court from his ex-girlfriend and fellow Latin rapper Yailin La Mas Viral, who alleges he physically and emotionally abused her, stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from her, and at one point held her hostage at his home in Palm Beach County. Hernandez’s attorneys, in recent court filings, have denied the claims made by Diaz.
