Flagler County residents got a chance to "Keep on Food Truckin'" at the latest Food Truck Tuesday event in Palm Coast.The event, held every other month on the third Tuesday, is organized by Palm Coast Parks & Recreation. This month's edition featured a dozen mobile food vendors, a "photo row" where attendees could strike a variety of poses, and Firecracker the mechanical bull.Looking over the menu at the Magic4ur Plate truck, Karen Roberts and Linda Brown were anxious to find something to tickle their epicurean fancies."I think I came once and it was rained out," Roberts said.The pair was making an evening of it in Town Center, stopping by Food Truck Tuesday after seeing a movie."The barbecue smells good," Roberts said.
