Fans who waited in line for more than three hours last week for tickets to the Foo Fighters’ surprise show Friday at the Black Cat were treated to a concert nearly as long. From 11 p.m. to 2 a.m., Dave Grohl and Co. hit the highlights of the band’s discography — from 1995’s self-titled debut to November’s “Sonic Highways” — with Cheap Trick, Tom Petty and Van Halen covers added in for fun.
