What Anthony Weiner could learn from Mark Sanford Anthony Weiner says he will soon decide whether to run for mayor of New York. As the former congressman weighs the pros and cons, he might want to keep an eye on Mark Sanford's comeback attempt in South Carolina. More
Six politicians plead not guilty in alleged NYC mayor's race plot New York State Sen. Malcolm Smith and five other politicians pleaded not guilty Tuesday to corruption charges in connection with an alleged plot to buy a line on New York City's mayoral ballot. The allegations revived public concerns about a documented culture of exploitation in Albany that has prompted officials to seek legal recourse to induce change. More

Couple accused of abducting kids returned to Florida, placed under arrest Police say Joshua Hakken tied his mother-in-law up around 6:00 a.m. last Wednesday in Tampa and drove off with the two children, who were still in their pajamas. What's His Name is not backing down over his scandal-plagued pick for Attorney General; Gaetz quickly resigned from Congress, but only to put an end to an investigation over alleged sex trafficking, including with a high school girl. Noticeably, QAnon pedo-hunters are quiet about the statutory rape of a 17-year-old.
Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) revealed this week that Republican senators had developed a plan to confirm President-elect Donald Trump's nominations, including former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) as attorney general, before the new president is sworn in.
During a Wednesday interview on Real America's Voice, Tuberville vowed to overcome the objections of Democrats despite sexual misconduct allegations against Gaetz and Defense Secretary nominee Pete Hegseth.
"We're in charge, and if we back up, it's like this Matt Gaetz and Pete Hegseth, all these people that are being nominated," Tuberville said.
I can't believe this is real life but the time for denial is over. On Capitol Hill, Vice President-elect JD Vance and former Rep. Matt Gaetz are meeting with GOP Senators to try to win support for Gaetz as Attorney General of the United States.
The horror show of Donald Trump's second term is two months away.
During a segment of Fox News' The Five, co-host Jeanine Pirro launched into a hate-filled soliloquy on how much she hates the transgender community.
It was really disgraceful. Aaron Rupar xitted, "No coded language. Nothing subtle. Just straight up bigotry."
Democratic contributor Jessica Tarlov castigated Rep. Nancy Mace for knowing full well she's not afraid of Sara McBride, but trying to get 15 minutes of fame by attacking the first transgender woman in Congress.
MAGAts are claiming that since Trump won the election, all things gay and transgender must be vilified and then eliminated.
Pirro interrupted with her usual bombast but was more hateful and bigoted than usual.
PIRRO: Didn't you learn anything from the election?
Didn't you learn that the American people don't want this, that the majority of people don't want to be kowtowing to a .01% of people who want to enter into my bathroom?
I don't want a guy who's dressed as a woman, who thinks she's a woman, whether he has his thing or not.
I don't want him in my bathroom.

Earlier Wednesday on Fox Business program Mornings with Maria, the host asked why Target had missed its revenue estimates and without any evidence or data supporting this reason, they blamed the LGBTQ community for its recent downfall.
If you recall, Fox News and the right wing MAGAts were the only people screaming when Target and other corporations decided to honor Pride month back in May of 2023.
