STAMFORD — A Florida man wanted on a racketeering warrant from his home state was captured leaving an apartment on the city’s West Side on Thursday, police said. Deandre Jackson, 32, was charged with being a fugitive from justice and held in lieu of a $200,000 cash court appearance bond. Capt.
