An American Airlines flight from Portland International Jetport to Philadelphia was forced to land in Boston Wednesday after smoke began filling the cockpit. A statement from the airline said Flight 4933, which left Portland at 6:22 p.m., landed safely at Logan International Airport in Boston a little less than an hour later. All passengers deplaned without any issues and re-booked on other flights.
