Flash flooding in southeast Colorado Springs prompted at least two water rescues Thursday night when two women in separate cars got stuck on Tia Juana Street near Platte Avenue.The soggy spring that has Coloradans questioning the "300 days of sunshine" slogan is expected to continue at least through the weekend, with a flash flood watch in effect for most of the Pikes Peak region and southeastern Colorado until 7 p.m.
