The first New England Blues Summit, taking place next month in Hyannis, is a labor of musical love for Marshfield-based music promoter John Hall.Hall, the main man behind the popular North River Blues Festival and the Green Harbor Roots and Blues Festival at the Marshfield Fair, said he was inspired by the Tampa Bay Blues Festival after attending that annual bash last year.
