Firefox 6 Available For Download

Ahead of an expected Tuesday release, Mozilla has put up Firefox 6 up for download for Mac, Windows and Linux on its FTP servers. As could be expected from Mozilla’s new, faster updating schedule, the changes in Firefox 6 appear to be mostly incremental.     The Windows version of Firefox may be a better option (unless you truly need to test some Firefox functionality that is specific to Ubuntu or Linux-in-general). The PPA mentioned in the other answer is a valid alternative as well.
