An early Wednesday morning fire caused moderate damage at the Tune Inn, a popular Capitol Hill pub that has been in operation for more than 60 years, according to D.C. fire officials and the owner. Crews were called to the scene in the 300 block of Southeast D.C. around 7:15 a.m., said Pete Piringer, a department spokesman. The blaze started in the kitchen and spread to duct work above before firefighters could contain it, Piringer said.
